What is our mentorship program?
Quite simply it contains all the aspects of real estate techniques that are in place today and how to implement them. After learning about all the different techniques available, you can then decide which aspect to focus on and start earning an income through real estate.
In saying that, first and foremost, we have to stress that your success not only depends on the information you learn from us, but also how you implement it. All those infomercials and messages from real estate gurus that say you can make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year without any work or money?.....sorry, just not true. There will be work involved and some cash that you will need to put out, but you can start and be successful with minimal cash output and your dedication.
How does the Mentorship Program work?
Most mentorship programs focus on one technique (wholesaling, rehabbing, etc.) and then revolve around just that one technique. Our mentorship program is designed for the beginner to intermediate investor and touches on all techniques; arming you with enough information to pick the technique you wish to utilize and then run with it.
What does it include?
What we offer is a program that outlines all the techniques and what they consist of with weekly meetings to teach and go over each technique. We will also be available to speak with you via telephone when you have any questions regarding a deal or anything to do with the program. You will not get an 800 number, you get our cell phone numbers. And, you get us on the phone...not some rookie that we hired to answer the phone. The meetings can be done via telephone or in person....it's up to you.
Upon the first meeting, together we will determine both your experience level and what you want out of the program. We will then cater the mentoring around you. Let me emphasize....WE DO NOT SELL A SYSTEM. Systems are for when you have implemented your education and have deals under your belt. This is pure education.
